Key Responsibilities (Brief):
- Sales & Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve regional targets and drive business growth.
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop established Financial Advisors (FAs with >24 months experience).
- Recruitment: Recruit experienced Financial Intermediaries to expand the team.
- Compliance & Risk: Manage business retention and ensure full regulatory adherence (FAIS/Treating Customers Fairly).
- Operational Management: Oversee quality, productivity, budgets, and general practice management.
Requirements (Brief):
- Extensive Financial Services Sales/Marketing and Management experience.
- Relevant Diploma/Degree (Management, Commercial, or Finance).
- Mandatory: CFP/RFP3 or equivalent (120 credits) and RE (Regulatory Exam).
- Deep knowledge of financial products, regulatory legislation, and business planning.
- Proficiency with MS Office and financial management software.
