Tharisa Minerals is looking for an RDT Operator on a fixed-term contract (up to 6 months) at their operation in the North West. You’ll be responsible for operating heavy machinery safely, moving ore and waste to processing areas and keeping daily records while following health and safety protocols.

What you’ll do:
Operate the RDT 100–150 ton machine in line with safety and operational standards
Perform pre-start safety checks and continuous risk assessments
Transport ore and waste to designated areas
Keep accurate movement and safety logs
Work with supervisors to meet daily targets
What is needed:
Grade 12 (NQF4)
Code 10 driver’s licence
Relevant machine licences/certification ability
Able to work shifts and holidays
Fit for duty (medical and functional tests)
Experience:
0–1 year operating similar heavy equipment or mining environment preferred but not essential.
