This is an engineering role inside Shoprite’s Supply Chain division, focused on improving distribution centre (DC) operations. You’ll help build systems, processes, and projects that make the supply chain more competitive and efficient

Accountable For:
- Drive engineering projects to improve operational performance and system reliability.
- Research best practices and help integrate them into DC procedures.
- Analyse data and help develop performance KPIs and reports.
- Support business continuity planning and corrective solutions.
- Act as a link between operations, IT, and systems teams to translate needs into functional requirements.
Qualifications
BEng Industrial Engineering Degree.
Experience
- 2 – 5 Years related exposure
- FMCG and Distribution Centre exposure.
- Programming experience (advantageous).
- Knowledge of Distribution Centre operations
