About this role
This is a mid-level leadership position in the Therapeutic & Medical Support Services division. You’ll be part of the management team, guiding allied health functions like occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy, social work, dietetics, and related support services. You’ll provide leadership and coordination for therapeutic services, support risk and quality management processes, monitor budgets and resource use, handle HR development for your teams, prepare regular reports, build stakeholder relationships, and contribute to service improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy/Audiology, Social Work, Dietetics)
- Registration with the HPCSA or SACSSP.
- You should have at least 5 years of relevant experience after registration, with 3 years in management. Leadership, planning, and reporting skills are key.
