🏆 Key Responsibilities
Lead strategy and execution across all marketing functions:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, specialists, and stakeholders.
• Support specialist recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
• Drive customer relationship management (CRM) improvements to strengthen customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and continuous insights reporting.
• Oversee group-wide marketing structure and ensure consistent marketing approaches across facilities.
• Manage internal and external communications, including website updates, media engagement, and crisis communications.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum NQF Level 7 qualification in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in marketing and communications — healthcare experience preferred
