Administrative Officer – Fleet (x2)

About the Job

The candidate will be responsible to provide administrative support to the fleet’s management organization not limited to vehicle inspection, maintenance, verification and data records, incidents reporting and administration of traffic infringements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receives all the bookings and conforming all the availability of the vehicles through the Fleets system.
  • Check the form if its completed and ensure the authority has been given by the manager for that vehicle usage.
  • Check if the appointed driver has all the necessary driver’s papers (valid driver’s license)
  • Conduct pre-inspection and complete the trip form and then keep copies of the completed forms.
  • Book vehicles maintenance and equipment’s, assist in case of vehicle breakdown.
  • Keep records of everything.

Education

  • Grade 12 & National Diploma in Fleet/Transport Management, Logistics or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Valid Professional driving permit

Experience

  • 3-5 Years experience in fleet management
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge on supply chain management
