This role Is more about providing student support, assessment evaluation, marking, offering tutorial lesson in person or online. The lecture will also be responsible to oversee within the Diploma in Tourism Management department. Position level; associate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures, workshops and tutorials.
- Update and design course content and instructional materials.
- Use various teaching methods to support different learning styles.
- Create and administer exams and assignments, mark work, and give helpful feedback.
- Track and record student progress.
- Offer academic advice and be available for consultation.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and improvement.
- Stay current with developments in the field.
- Do administrative tasks like attendance, grading, and reporting.
- Take part in department committees and initiatives as needed.
- Promote an inclusive and respectful classroom environment.
Requirements
- An Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) in Tourism Management
- Prior lecturing experience in-person and online would be an advantage
